The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) has named FirstService Residential New York the 2023 Accredited Management Organization of the Year.

In collaboration with FirstService Energy, the company delivered an average monthly savings of up to $10,000 for participating condominiums and cooperatives in its management portfolio that subscribed to a Community Distributed Generation (CDG) project.
