As founder and president of FirstService Residential’s New Development Group, Marc Kotler serves as a consultant for the developers behind some of the tallest, highest caliber residential towers in New York City.

In her new role, Santaniello will oversee a portfolio of luxury condominium and cooperative properties in Manhattan, in addition to a team of property managers and assistant property managers who specialize in providing outstanding service to board members and residents.
