A 30-year industry veteran, Dan oversees the company’s New York City management portfolio of 500 condominiums, cooperatives and rental properties, comprising more than 70,000 residential units. He also has executive responsibility for the company’s FirstService Energy and FirstService Project Management affiliates.
Dan has been a board member of the Realty Advisory Board on Labor Relations (RABLOR) since 2014. He holds a Registered in Apartment Management (RAM) credential from the National Associated Builders and Owners (NABO) and was previously a member of NABO’s national board of governors. He is also a licensed real estate salesperson in New York State.
Dan was named “RAM of the Year” by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), received the Emma Lazarus Award from the Associated Builders and Owners of Greater New York (ABO), as well as a Management Achievement Award from Habitat magazine. He serves as a board member for Community Access, a non-profit organization that assists New Yorkers living with psychiatric disabilities transition from shelters to independent living.
Dan was promoted to positions of increasing responsibility since joining the company as a Property Manager in 1987, ultimately being named President in 2010.
He is a graduate of the University of Maryland’s business school.
Michael is a licensed real estate and insurance broker, a New York State Certified Instructor in Real Estate, chair of the Real Estate Board of New York’s (REBNY) Residential Management Council and a board member of the Realty Advisory Board (RAB) and the Council of New York Cooperatives and Condominiums (CNYC). As a leader and industry expert, he is also a frequent lecturer at REBNY, CNYC and other professional forums and events.
Michael has been involved with real estate his entire life since he began assisting his father at several multifamily buildings. With his father’s guidance, Michael was taught plumbing, electricity, and masonry – the entire physical envelope and mechanical plant.
Michael began his third-party property management career at Midboro Management in 1986, which he eventually purchased in 1993 from retiring partner and mentor Robert G. Mahler. In 2021, FirstService Residential partnered with Midboro Management which expanded the New York workforce to more than 400 associates, more than 500 multifamily properties and almost 70,000 units across the five boroughs.
Keith began his career in 1997 as an Associate Property Manager and quickly moved through the ranks as a Property Manager, Vice President, Senior Vice President, and ultimately, President of the CityLine Division – which includes over 150 properties with more than 20,000 residential units and over 70 associates.
Keith’s specialty is managing or supervising management of large residential properties ranging from 300 to 1,200 units, and using his team building skills to motivate his staff and building personnel. His leadership skills have been instrumental in the successful turn-around of numerous properties – from improving staff performance, resident and board relations, to organizing multi-million dollar renovation and repair projects. Keith has also implemented and leads associate manager’s meetings, where new managers are trained in company best practices and financials.
Keith is a Registered Apartment Manager (RAM) and was named “RAM of the Year” by the Associated Builders and Owners of Greater New York (ABO). He is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and a past recipient of Habitat magazine’s “Management Achievement Gold Award.” He holds a degree in psychology and management from Dowling College, where he is an associate trustee. Keith enjoys golf and coaching his daughters’ basketball and soccer teams.
Christina supervises a team of portfolio property managers who specialize in the management of residential co-ops and condos throughout New York City. She provides exceptional support and supervision of management staff and has assisted her boards on a variety of matters, ranging from everyday requests to special projects.
Marc has extensive experience working with young condominiums and the challenges associated with seamlessly transitioning from sponsor to resident control. He has assembled a team that specializes in the issues related to opening and operating new luxury buildings.
Marc’s managerial and financial acumen, superior consulting services, and systematic approach to development has enabled him to work on some of the most complex, multi-purpose, luxury development projects in Manhattan, including New York by Gehry at 8 Spruce Street, The Plaza Residences, 20 Pine The Collection, One Morton Square, Greenwich Club Residences, The Downtown Club Condominium, and One Lincoln Square.
Prior to joining FirstService Residential in 2003, Kotler was the Director of Management of a mid-size property management firm in Manhattan. He has spent more than two decades as a real estate professional specializing in luxury high rise property management, new development construction, project management and asset management.
Marc is a graduate of Clark University and a Licensed Real Estate Broker. A long time Westchester County resident, he has volunteered his time as a coach for a children’s soccer league and has served as league president for the past six years. He is also passionate about skiing and golf.

Oleg joined FirstService Residential in 2010 as a Financial Analyst and assumed positions of increasing authority over the years. He most recently served as Vice President of our Financial Management Division, appointed in 2017.
Oleg earned an MBA from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College where he majored in finance and investments. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in public accounting from Brooklyn College.
Ben supervises the Application Processing, Closing, Compliance, Leasing, Regulatory and Insurance departments and coordinates the real estate tax protest process for the company’s managed properties.
Prior to joining the company, Ben served as Head of Management Operations and as General Counsel for both property management and residential brokerage firms. With support from The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), he was instrumental in demonstrating the flaws in the federal regulations on lead-based paint as applied to cooperatives and condominiums to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. Modifications in the regulations made it possible for owners and boards to comply with the federal mandates.
Ben is admitted to practice in both New York and Connecticut and is a licensed real estate broker in both states. He sits on the Residential Management Council of REBNY, serving as chair from 1998 – 2000 and from 2011 to 2014. He is also a member of the Cooperative and Condominium Committee of the Association of the Bar of New York City.
Ben received an undergraduate degree from Brown University and a J.D. from Duke University Law School. An avid golfer, he is Vice President of the Westchester Golf Association Caddie Scholarship Fund and the Westchester Senior Golf Association.
Randy Starr Sulzer
Prior to joining the company, Randy was a co-founder of Live Right Management, a successful, Brooklyn-based residential property management company for 16 years. The company merged with FirstService Residential in 2011.
Randy has experience overseeing properties ranging in size from 30 to 700 units and has extensive expertise with many capital improvement projects. She believes that the keys to good management are strong communication skills and the development of client relationships.
Randy is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and earned a BA in economics from CUNY Brooklyn College.
Farik joined FirstService Residential in 2004 as an Assistant Property Manager at Seward Park Housing Cooperative in Brooklyn. He rose steadily up the management ranks to positions of increasing responsibility, serving most recently as a Managing Director in the CityLine Division.
Farik was among the first associates to participate in the company’s Emerging Leaders Program, a rigorous program for select management professionals who demonstrate strong leadership potential. Aligned with one of the company’s core values to “Aim High,” the program is designed to foster professional development by increasing participants’ effectiveness as leaders in their current roles, strengthening their ability to contribute to organizational priorities and preparing them for tomorrow’s leadership.
Farik’s commitment to service, goal-oriented nature, and strong communication and organizational skills benefit both his management team and the board members and residents he serves.
With 20 years of experience, she has personally managed multiple, high-end residential portfolios and overseen the execution of major capital improvement projects including façade renovations, window and rooftop replacement projects, and large-scale renovations. Most recently, Maria was integral to the successful opening of 200 Amsterdam, a super-luxury, high-rise condominium tower, which is now the tallest completed structure on the Upper West Side in Manhattan.
She also oversees property management teams responsible for Greenwich West at 110 Charlton Street in Soho, the historic 108 Leonard Street in Lower Manhattan, and The Chatsworth on the Upper West Side – each, pristine examples of hospitality-focused, luxury-living in Manhattan.
Maria joined FirstService Residential in 2003 as an assistant property manager and was subsequently promoted to positions of increasing responsibility including associate property manager, property manager, senior property manager and managing director. For her outstanding performance and superlative leadership, she is a past recipient of FirstService Residential’s Star Award.
As vice president, Jeff uses his leadership, strategic planning and analytical expertise to establish efficient property operations in complex, mixed-use residential buildings that include luxury hotel and retail components. He currently oversees the property management teams at some of the most prestigious properties in FirstService Residential’s New Development Group portfolio including Baccarat Residences, The Beekman Hotel and Residences, The Plaza Hotel and Residences, 53 West 53rd Street, and 432 Park Avenue.
Jeff has also provided pre-development consulting services for One Wall Street, the largest office-to-condominium conversion in New York City history, which includes more than 500 condominium units and 170,000 square feet of retail space. His past consulting projects include the condominium conversion of The Parker Hotel and the rebirth of the Waldorf Astoria, a project that will include 380 condominium units, a hotel and high-end retail space.
His previous experience includes senior executive and sales positions at several of New York City’s most luxurious hotel residences, including AKA Central Park, The Sofitel, The New York Palace Hotel and The Plaza Hotel.
Jeff earned a degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Pennsylvania State University.

After joining the company in 2007 as an Assistant Property Manager for The Plaza Condominium, the residential portion of the iconic Plaza Hotel, David went on to manage some of the city’s highest-end properties. His cumulative success in building operations, hospitality coaching for building staff and capital planning earned him a promotion to vice president in 2016.
David earned a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and an undergraduate degree from Pomona College. He is also a retired member of the New York State Bar Association.

Sal’s expertise in navigating the three main management disciplines – financial, operations and administration – and his ability to successfully manage capital projects, are an asset to the company and its clients. Importantly, he's earned respect from his boards and demonstrates the confidence and integrity required to be an effective leader.
Sal was a Management Executive with Goodstein Management for 12 years prior to the company’s merger with FirstService Residential in 2010. In this position he was responsible for the physical, financial and day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio.
For the 17 years prior, Sal was a Senior Vice President at Helmsley-Spear/Parkchester Management where he was a key player on a team that managed 171 apartment buildings with over 12,000 units, 50,000 residents, 150 retail stores, five parking garages and annual business volume of approximately $100 million.
Sal is a New York State certified real estate instructor, a licensed real estate broker and is a past recipient of the Realtor of the Year award from the Bronx Board of Realtors. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business from St. Frances College.
Mark M. Pepe
Mark has demonstrated the highest levels of financial, organizational, and administrative skills for his property portfolio. He is well-versed in on-site staff oversight, contract negotiation, and construction and project management, having previously worked for a residential developer in Westchester County.
A client-oriented professional, Mark and his team earned the company’s highest client satisfaction scores in 2014 and he continues to prove himself as a committed and successful leader of a team of property managers. Pepe is an avid sports fan and a New York Jets season ticket holder. He earned a BBA from Iona College.
Aubrey began his career with FirstService Residential in 2007 as an assistant property manager; today, his team includes 14 managers and over 25 properties with more than 2,700 units.
Having overseen a variety of capital improvement projects, such as energy efficiency initiatives, facade repair programs, and elevator modernizations, Aubrey has developed the specialized skill of prioritizing capital improvement projects while leveraging available NYSERDA incentive programs that maximize ROI.
Aubrey is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Registered Apartment Manager (RAM®) and LEED® certified. Phillibert is a National Science Foundation Scholar for advanced studies in economics; he holds a degree in economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst College and completed postgraduate studies in economics at Duke University. Phillibert is a proud husband and father of three young children. He enjoys winter sports, hiking and family road trips.
From financial management and building operations, to project management, procurement, staff training and development, Mary has established herself as a subject matter expert. Recognizing her unique experience, FirstService Residential appointed her to lead the development of an extensive operations manual for the company’s property management divisions. The all-encompassing guide illustrates the fundamentals of successful property management and offers a roadmap to providing exceptional service and solutions.
Mary joined FirstService Residential in 2005 and takes pride in the strong relationships she has built with board members, residents and staff alike by communicating in a timely, effective and professional manner.
Drew joined FirstService Residential in 2009 as a General Manager. In his current role as Managing Director, he oversees a diverse team of property management professionals and a portfolio of buildings that rank among the highest-end condo and co-op properties in Manhattan. This portfolio includes over 250 building staff members from Local 32BJ.
Drew is also a Licensed New York Real Estate Salesperson and serves as a Board Member of a luxury condominium community, which further informs his ability to deliver the level of service expected by his clients. Prior to working for FirstService Residential, Drew spent eight years as a Manager for Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts around the country.
Drew always strives to identify hospitality service standards, which we can implement in our effort to always improve the service experience for our luxury properties.
As a Managing Director, Stephen oversees a team of dedicated property managers who are responsible for the management of more than 4,000 residential apartment units across Brooklyn and Queens.
With nearly two decades of industry experience, Stephen works closely with his boards on contractor negotiations, account reconciliation, managing capital improvement projects, local law compliance, and optimizing daily operations. He is recognized by clients and his peers for his highly communicative management approach, superior organizational skills and an ability to develop industry relationships that benefit the board members and residents he serves.
Stephen is a lifelong Brooklyn resident and obtained a degree in liberal arts from Kingsborough Community College.
David Von Hollweg
He first entered the real estate sector in 2005 as a commercial property manager and quickly transitioned to residential management. This includes multifamily rental buildings, luxury condominiums and cooperatives, rent stabilized and affordable housing properties, and condops.
To date, David has overseen the launch and completion of capital projects with a cumulative value exceeding $40 million. He has also played an instrumental role supporting sponsors, new residents and developers during the opening phases of 15 Central Park West and 56 Leonard Street among other iconic, ultra-luxury buildings in New York City.
David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Vassar College.
Edward was the recipient of a 2021 SiteCompli Checkmark Award, which is bestowed upon outstanding individuals who set a high bar in regard to industry standards and best practices.
From daily operations to long-term capital planning, Edward has extensive knowledge managing building facilities, preventative maintenance and devising informed strategies that protect and enhance property values. His technical experience affords him distinct expertise when managing complex capital improvement projects, negotiating vendor contracts, identifying value-add solutions, and improving the productivity of building contractors and staff. His most recent capital projects include an extensive roof replacement, energy efficiency upgrades, a garage reconstruction and a building-wide elevator enhancement project.
Using his insight as a board president, Edward is adept at training his team of property managers to have tough conversations with the boards they serve – especially when it comes to high-priced remediation projects.
Edward completed a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Technology at Island Technical in New York. As a long-time professor, he also holds a Vocational and Technical Educators License from the State University of New York.
Jared joined FirstService Service Residential in 2009 and has garnered extensive experience managing some of the city’s most luxury properties, with keen focus on upholding high-standards of service, streamlining operations and maximizing returns on investment. Most recently, he helped a Chelsea condominium exercise its right of first refusal which enriched the building’s reserves by more than $650,000.
Beyond management and operations, Jared has also served as an advisor to boards completing capital improvement projects including boiler replacements, major renovations, elevator modernizations and more. Within the company, he is recognized as an accomplished team leader and for his commitment to clear and responsive communications, especially in times of crisis.
Jared graduated Monmouth University in 2005 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and concentration in Management from the Leon Hess School of Business.
Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Jennifer oversaw a portfolio of high-end townhomes located in an amenity-rich condominium community. With an annual operating budget exceeding $1M, her responsibilities included maximizing absorption, delivering a complex annual budget and individualized financial reports for owners, managing capital improvement projects, staff payroll and general accounting procedures.
Today, Jennifer’s expanded responsibilities include a portfolio of more than 1,000 units and a dedicated team of property managers. Her executive oversight includes the coordination of efficiency upgrades and retrofits for local law compliance, contract negotiations, vetting contractors and vendors following bid submission, and building staff training programs to ensure the highest level of service at each property.
With nearly three decades of experience in cooperative and condominium property management, Kimberly has overseen many of the critical functions that define the financial and operational success of multifamily residential buildings. She also takes pride in the strong relationships she has built among board members, residents and building staff through her commitment to customer service and responsive communication.
Within the company, she has cultivated a reputation as an expert problem solver, a patient leader and a resource for complex resolutions.
Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from Baruch College.
Using her extensive operations, process improvement and people management experience, Calynne works with our property management teams and heart of the house departments to streamline and improve our processes. She also oversees the Lease Administration and Onsite Leasing/Operations departments.
Calynne has extensive expertise managing high-end rental and affordable housing properties, luxury cooperative and condominiums and REITs in both asset management and property management. She has also led operational teams for new acquisitions through stabilization and has experience working in both public and private investors, in the USA and Europe, for individual owners and third-party investment managers.
Calynne holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida.

Andrew Di Schino
Andrew works closely with owners and their representatives to maximize property values, with an emphasis on revenue growth and asset preservation. He has extensive operational and technical expertise in building systems, capital improvements, value-add strategies, asset repositioning and team leadership. Andrew has also led operational teams for new developments through stabilization and has experience working with both public and private investors for individual owners and third-party investment managers.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Northeastern University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance & Investment. He is an active member of prominent real estate organizations and thought leadership groups, including the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Building Owners & Managers Institute (BOMI), the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM) and the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
His professional certifications include Certified Property Manager (CPM), Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM), Real Property Administrator (RPA), Facilities Management Administrator (FMA), Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS).

With more than 20 years of experience, Yolanda maintains executive oversight for critical operational services affecting more than 12,000 rental units in the New York City region. This includes managing and tracking lease status, payables and receivables, rent rolls and landlord/tenant relations.
Yolanda joined FirstService Residential in 2000 and has risen through the ranks with appointments of increasing responsibility. She is the recipient of a FirstService Residential Star Award for her exemplary leadership skills, accountability and intimate knowledge of the needs and expectations of the multifamily building owners we serve.
Adam Butler, RAM®
Adam began his career in property management 14 years ago and quickly worked his way up the ranks to general manager of a 420-unit cooperative in Brooklyn. He then joined FirstService Residential in 2017 as general manager of Bayridge Air Rights, a Mitchell Lama cooperative with over 800 units.
Today, Adam is recognized for his deep understanding of the rules and regulations that govern Mitchell-Lama and affordable housing properties, and is often sought-after to provide insight on complex operational challenges unique to income-restricted, multifamily buildings.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Pennsylvania State University and is a RAM-certified property manager.

Amanda earned a B.A. from the University of Connecticut and has more than a decade of industry experience serving as a strategic business partner and managing HR functions.
Since joining the company in 2010, Stephanie has established internal education programs that empower property managers to walk hand-in-hand with board members and buildings owners through the intricacies of local law compliance. This includes the tax abatement process for cooperatives and condominiums, facade and gas pipeline inspections, maintenance and filing requirements for elevators and MEP components, and annual safety notices among other critical undertakings.
Stephanie also oversees FirstService Residential’s Transitions Department and serves as the primary point of contact for every building that transitions management into the New York portfolio. This includes personally meeting with the board members and building ownership throughout the transition process to provide status updates.
In 2019, Stephanie was instrumental in the rollout of FirstService Residential’s partnership with VIVE, a third-party company that certifies vendors and contractors before work is performed at the company’s managed properties.
Stephanie completed her Bachelor of Science Summa Cum Laude in Professional Communications from Farmingdale State College and her MBA in Banking and Finance from Dowling College. Since 2005, she is also a New York State Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
Brittany led the company’s efforts to utilize FirstService Residential Connect, its proprietary resident communication tool. She also creates process flows for the New York region’s Community Support Services team, which completes a myriad of administrative tasks for the company’s property managers.
In response to the global health crisis and its impact on clients and associates, Brittany developed an online system to track daily health screenings for associates and a COVID-19 database and alert system for building staff and residents. Under her leadership, the company also established a Capital Improvement database to facilitate pulse-checks and reporting, a tracking system for PPP distribution, and online tax abatement resources for boards and owners.
Brittany is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in New York State. She holds a B.S. in business management and entrepreneurship and emerging enterprises from Syracuse University and is a recipient of the Qualtrics Customer Experience Summit Scholarship.
James N. Bovino
James has a track record of developing and leading top performing sales teams. With over 20 years of experience, he has built an impressive career working with some of the most recognizable names in real estate, luxury travel and lifestyle sectors. Under his leadership he has successfully managed portfolios with annual revenues in excess of $210M and directed regional and national sales teams of over 100 team leaders and associates.
With a focus on strategic planning, he excels in leveraging his exceptional leadership and analytical skills to evaluate trends and buyer behaviors, enhance sales operations for improved efficiency and manage sales campaigns that help enterprise organizations deliver peak performance and profitability. As a seasoned mentor, he has coached and developed hundreds of professionals to help them realize their aspirations and fullest potential.
James holds an M.B.A. in management and finance from Fordham University and an M.S. in real estate development from New York University.
Dana also serves as company spokesperson and has orchestrated seminars and special events to engage board members and prospective clients. She conceptualized the company’s Sustainability Expo & Symposium aimed at promoting efficiency in clients’ properties – an annual event that has grown to include dozens of vendor information booths and seminars by industry experts.
Dana holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Boston University.
