FirstService Residential was selected to provide homeowner association management services to Meadowview Community Association #1 in Temecula, California. The homeowner association consists of 900 single family homes situated on 1,175 acres. Meadowview offers residents numerous amenities including a clubhouse, spa, two heated swimming pools, basketball and tennis courts, equestrian center and extensive trail system.

FirstService Residential has been selected by the Board of Shady Canyon Community Association to provide full-service community association management services. Located on prime real estate in Irvine, Shady Canyon is one of Orange County’s most prestigious gated communities consisting of 400 custom built homes many with values from $5 million to in excess of $20 million.

Adds Bruner & Rosi Management, Inc. in Acquisition Partnership

FirstService Residential, North America’s leading property management firm, announced today that it has expanded its market-leading residential property management business in California with the acquisition of Bruner & Rosi Management, Inc., a full-service residential association company based in Carlsbad, Calif. The partnership adds more than 40 residential homeowner associations to the company’s management portfolio and expands its regional footprint in San Diego County.  The partnership became effective February 1, 2016.
