TIFFANY HANNAH

Tiffany is a seasoned community management professional with over 24 years of experience in the industry. Her career has been marked by a proven track record in building dynamic teams and delivering exceptional service. She places a high priority on people and relationships, which is reflected in her leadership style, as she is a warm, outgoing leader who communicates directly while maintaining a supportive approach.

Tiffany holds several professional certifications from the California Association of Community Management (CACM), including Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®), Community Association Management Executive (CAMEx®), and Specialty Certification in New Development (CCAM-ND®).

In addition, Tiffany serves as a Director on the CACM Board of Directors, chairs the CACM Nominating Committee, and has previously chaired the Legal Advisory Steering Committee for many years. Her involvement extends to the Community Association Institute (CAl), where she has participated as a speaker at various forums and seminars. Through these roles, Tiffany actively contributes to shaping the future of the community association industry.

NICK BERG

Nick serves as the Executive Vice President of the San Francisco, Peninsula, and San Jose regions. He was previously an owner and President of a HOA management firm that was acquired by FirstService. Nick has served as a General Manager and a Portfolio Manager for high-rise condominium buildings in San Francisco. He has also served as a Board Member and Treasurer of a homeowner’s association.

Nick holds a Broker’s License with the California Department of Real Estate. He received a B.S. in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and an M.B.A. from the University of San Francisco.

Natalie joined FirstService Residential in 2011 bringing over 20 years of experience in asset and building management, acquisitions, start-ups, along with managing day-to-day operations. Natalie was awarded the Rookie of the Year Vision Award from the California Association of Community Managers in 2012. She received her Bachelor of Arts from San Jose State University and received her MBA from San Diego State University. In her role as the San Francisco Regional Director, she is responsible for all regional operations.
