ANDREW SCHLEGEL, CMCA®
Executive Vice President, Community Management Central Region
As Executive Vice President, Community Management Central Region, Drew oversees all operations, client relationships, staff development, new business launch and business development for FirstService Residential’s Orange County, Greater Los Angeles and Valencia regions. Drew is a member of the Executive Leadership Council in California and assists with growth strategies throughout California.
Drew previously served as FirstService Residential’s Vice President of Finance for the past seven years, where he was responsible for directing and assisting with community association accounting and finance. He is an expert on a variety of Common Interest Development finance issues including: developer subsidies, maintenance agreements, collections, foreclosures, budgeting and reserve funding.
Drew graduated from California State University Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and holds the professional designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) from Community Associations Institute (CAI).
SASCHA MACIAS, CMCA®, AMS®
Vice President - Community Management, Los Angeles
Sascha brings more than eight years community association experience to FirstService Residential. As Vice President – Community Management, Sascha oversees current association management clients throughout the greater Los Angeles region. She is responsible for the region’s market including single-family, multi-family, master-planned and active adult communities. Sascha supports, trains and supervises on-site teams for the communities throughout the region. She coordinates and supervises new contracts, while maintaining close client relations with those she serves.
Sascha holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Management, and also carries the designations of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) from the California Association Institute.
