Residential property management leader strengthens market leadership in the greater Charleston, South Carolina area

FirstService Residential announced the immediate availability of $10 million in emergency loans to aid its managed communities in North Carolina and South Carolina damaged by Hurricane Florence.  

Dennis Abbott, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®, President of the Carolinas region of FirstService Residential, has been appointed to the Board of Commissioners of the CAMICB^SM (Community Association Managers International Certification Board).  The CAMICB is an independent nonprofit organization that develops and administers the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) certification program, the only internationally accredited certification program in the community association management field.​

The corporate headquarters of FirstService Residential has announced that its subsidiary, Abbott Enterprises, Inc., has been renamed FirstService Residential. This name change is part of FirstService Residential’s national rebranding effort, which took effect on June 27, 2013.
