I have had some trouble with my HVAC service and was suggested to have the main condensation drain line checked. Long story short, the people I contracted to service/repair pipes did a less than satisfactory job that resulted in a leak and damage to my flooring. I am sending this email to recognize E.P. for excellent customer service. He has been an enormous help throughout this less than pleasant experience. I have owned in the building since 2007 and have never been as pleased with the help from a property manager as I have with Eric. He went over and beyond what he had to do to help rectify the situation and help explain things that I didn't understand to not only myself but also to outside vendors. We are lucky to have him.

I wanted to take the time to pass along a huge THANK YOU to you and the Board for the outstanding job you all have done with the snow removal during all of these unusually frequent and large snow storms we are having this year. The snow plow crews have done an excellent job clearing the streets and sidewalks of snow and ice. I see them working 'round the clock to make sure the passage ways are safe and passable each and every morning for those of us who must make it to work. I want to thank Joe S, in particular, for his tireless diligence in making sure the plows are working where they need to be at all hours of the day and night. The Board has done an over-the-top job of assuring the plowing needs of this community are done correctly and thoroughly. And, if anyone questions or doubts the thoroughness of this job, just take a drive through our community. You can see the difference for yourself.....I won't even elaborate on it here. Again, a huge THANK YOU for a task much appreciated!! Please forward this on to the Board on my behalf.
