Among the largest additions to the company’s management portfolio are One and Two Waterline Square, two newly constructed residential towers offering 216 pristine condominiums and access to more than 100,000 square feet of amenities in Upper West Side, Manhattan; The Dupont, a 381-unit rental tower in Brooklyn’s Greenpoint Landing neighborhood; The Residences at 400 Fifth Avenue, a mixed-use property comprising 190 luxury condominiums and a 214-key, five-star hotel in Midtown, Manhattan; and 56 Pine, a landmarked condominium tower in Manhattan’s Financial District.
