The Master Planned community is located in Rosemount and consists of more than 1,100 homes. FirstService Residential assumed management responsibilities on January 1, 2015.

The corporate headquarters of FirstService Residential has announced that its affiliated company, Gittleman Management Corporation, has been renamed FirstService Residential. This name change is part of FirstService Residential’s national rebranding effort, which took effect on June 27, 2013.

At the Community Association Institute of Minnesota's (CAI-MN) Annual Vision Awards Ceremony Kim Schultz, CMCA, AMS, won the Excellence in Service Award, which is given annually by CAI-MN.
