FirstService Residential Minnesota Chosen to Manage Rosemount's Evermoor Master Homeowner Association
FirstService Residential, the Twin Cities’ leading property management company, has been selected to provide HOA management services for Evermoor’s Master Homeowner Association. The Master Planned community is located in Rosemount and consists of more than 1,100 homes. FirstService Residential assumed management responsibilities on January 1, 2015.
Evermoor offers residents a variety of amenities including two community pools, clubhouse, miles of trails and walking paths, parks and many common areas and open green spaces.
