As President of FirstService Residential Minnesota, Broc leads the state’s largest residential property management operation. Since joining the organization in August 2023, he has been responsible for driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across a diverse portfolio of communities. In his role, he oversees all aspects of the business, including client service delivery, associate engagement, financial performance, and alignment with FirstService Residential’s national standards and values.

In his position, Broc is accountable for ensuring the successful execution of the company’s mission to deliver exceptional service and solutions that enhance the value of every property and the lifestyle of every resident. He leads a high-performing team of associates and partners closely with Gittleman Construction and Maintenance to deliver integrated property and maintenance services.

Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Broc served as Senior Director of Real Estate, Facilities, and Workplace Services at HealthPartners, where he managed a real estate portfolio for an $8B integrated healthcare system. His leadership encompassed transaction management, lease administration, construction, and facilities operations, with direct P&L accountability and oversight of both union and non-union teams. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Cushman & Wakefield and Best Buy, where he directed facilities and property management strategies for large-scale, multi-site portfolios totaling over 40 million square feet.

With nearly three decades of experience in real estate, facilities, and operations, Broc brings a deep understanding of service delivery, team development, and strategic execution to his role. He is known for his collaborative leadership style, financial acumen, and commitment to operational excellence.

Shaun supports a team of directors and managers focused on FirstService Residential urban and suburban clients. Shaun is also responsible for development of standard operating procedures, coleading the organization’s cross-functional client experience team, and conducting Board training sessions.

Shaun joined FirstService Residential in 2012 as an Association Manager after seven years managing apartments for a mix of urban and suburban communities. In 2014 Shaun was promoted to Regional Director and in 2018 to Vice President. Shaun is an excellent problem solver and communicator with a systems mindset in addressing a range of complicated issues including service platforms, governance, capital replacements, and insurance claims.

Shaun has served on various local industry-related committees and Boards including chair of the CAI-MN Vision Awards Committee and treasurer for the Citizens for Loring Park Community Board. He has earned the CAI designation of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), the highest professional designation in the property management industry.

As an Associate Vice President, Greg is responsible for supporting the Suburban division of our property management team as well as leading a network of Association Managers in overseeing the management of properties in the metro area. Greg’s strong work ethic, personable approach and attention to detail are vital to managing the vast array of intricacies that are a part of this industry.
 
Greg joined First Service in 2013 as an Assistant Association Manager and the following year (2014) was awarded the CAI Rookie of the Year Vision Award for his excellent work in property management. He has gone on to hold numerous positions throughout his time at First Service including Association Manager (2014); Sr. Association Manager (2015) and Regional Director (2016-2021). His experience has strengthened his understanding and knowledge of what it means to be a solid property manager and leader.
 
He currently has his real estate license and an Association Manager Specialist Certificate. Since 2020, Greg has been the Chair of the CAI Golf Committee which coordinates and hosts the largest fundraiser for the non-profit organization, that provides education and support to community association managers throughout Minnesota.
 

In his role, he oversees the execution of clients’ financial reporting, budgets, and other accounting operations. Jason interacts closely with both teams, providing greater efficiencies and services for internal and external customers.
 
Jason brings many strengths to his role, including careful listening habits that mean adapting his communication style to each individual. Whether it’s internal or external clients, he makes it his goal to fully understand and meet client needs.
 
His well-rounded experience includes working in the multi-family sector with different multi-family developers in Calgary. As a Chartered Professional Accountant, and CPA Alberta member, Jason is experienced in private and public accounting that includes trust accounting.
 

Megan is dedicated to driving organizational excellence and operational efficiency at FirstService Residential. She leads the operations team and partners closely with Regional Directors to enhance client engagement strategies and deliver impactful training for Community Association Managers, Regional Directors, and client Boards. Her work is rooted in identifying service delivery trends, uncovering areas for improvement, and ensuring consistent, high-quality engagement across all communities.
 
Megan began her career with FirstService Residential in 2016 as an Association Manager, following seven years in the rental housing market. Her leadership journey includes promotions to Senior Association Manager, Regional Director, and most recently, Senior Director of Client Success and Operations in 2025. She also brings a strong sense of discipline and service from her time in the Minnesota National Guard, where she served as an Air Defense Battle Management System Operator.
 
Known for her ability to solve complex community issues, Megan is passionate about mentoring internal associates and fostering lasting relationships with clients. She currently serves as Chair of the Community Association Institute (CAI)’s Community Outreach Committee and holds the Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation. She will be the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation and a Real Estate license.
 
Outside of work, Megan enjoys camping adventures with her son and their friends, diving into a good book, and always planning the next great escape.
 

Margarita brings over 19 years of experience to her role as Senior Regional Director at FirstService Residential Minnesota. She oversees business unit performance, account management, and leads a team of Association Managers with a focus on operational excellence and team development.
 
She holds a Minnesota real estate license, as well as the CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) and AMS (Association Management Specialist) designations through CAI. Margarita has also served on the CAI Education Committee since 2009.
 
Her leadership has earned her multiple honors, including the CAI Service in Excellence Award in 2011 and the FirstService Leadership Excellence Award in 2025. Margarita’s dedication continues to drive success across the organization.
 

Veronica Perez brings a comprehensive blend of industry insight, managerial acumen, and a passion for innovation to drive success and elevate operational excellence to her role as Director of Operations. Holding over two decades of experience in retail management, Veronica eventually transitioned into operations management, specializing in overseeing franchise portfolios.

Veronica assumed the role of property manager when she joined FirstService Residential in 2021. This allowed her to hone her skills in property operations and client relations. In her current role, she is eager to contribute to the continued success of the Minnesota team.

Living with her husband and two furry companions, Rocco and Hondo, when Veronica isn’t working she can be found at a concert, reading a book, or hanging out with her bowling team.
 

As Business Development Director, Laura oversees sales for FirstService Residential working with homeowners associations to understand community needs and assist in the design of effective management solutions.

Before joining FirstService Residential in 2018, Laura spent over seven years in sales and marketing with some of the Midwest’s most prolific multifamily real estate developers allowing her to gain valuable insight on the needs of Twin Cities’ residents.

In 2017, Laura was nominated as a Twin Cities Finest Honoree by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation recognizing her professional accomplishments and commitment to giving back to the community.

Amanda serves as Director of Human Resources, leading a high‑performing team of seven HR professionals who support the organization across the full associate lifecycle. Her team provides comprehensive HR services, including talent acquisition, onboarding, training, professional development, engagement, safety, and recognition, ensuring a consistent and supportive experience for associates at every stage.
 
With more than 12 years of progressive Human Resources experience, Amanda Steffen brings a broad, results‑driven perspective shaped by roles across manufacturing, healthcare, and insurance industries. Her diverse background enables her to apply best practices across varied business environments while delivering consistent, people‑focused outcomes. Since joining FirstService Residential in 2022 as a Human Resources Manager, Amanda has played a key role in advancing HR operations and strengthening organizational culture. She was promoted to Director of Human Resources in 2025, reflecting her leadership impact, operational acumen, and commitment to excellence.
 
Amanda values collaboration, continuous improvement, and is dedicated to building HR practices that contribute to a positive workplace culture and long‑term organizational success.

As the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, Eric is the liaison between the finance and operational teams to help produce, analysis, and react to data. Additionally, he leads the financial planning and forecasting processes to ensure delivery of accurate and meaningful long-term planning.
 
Eric joined First Service in 2021. Prior to joining First Service Residential Eric had spent the previous 10 years in the hospitality industry most recently as an Area Regional Director of Finance servicing the transitions team. Where he had a strong emphasis on helping operational teams use data to help make their operations more efficient and profitable while ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
