BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (June 16, 2014). FirstService Residential in Minnesota announces the certification of 11 Association Managers through the Community Association Institute (CAI), increasing the total number of certified managers to 42, more than any other Association Management company in Minnesota. Four managers earned their Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation: Judy Golden, Lisa Heide, Jay Krupke and Shaleigh Pysick.  Seven managers earned the Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation: Bruce Andrews, Cherise Mortensen, Han Tran, Heidi Langworthy-Groess, Nikki Bjerke, Royce Pavelka and Sarah Weyer.

The CMCA and AMS credentials are administered by the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers and may be achieved by completion of the requirements set forth by CAI for each specific designation. These include a combination of formal education through CAI classes and testing, a required amount of time working in the industry, client endorsements and adherence to the CAI Code of Ethics.

FirstService Residential in Minnesota gives high priority to the professional development and certification of its Association Managers and is just another of the many ways the company ensures that its homeowner association clients are provided with the highest level of professional guidance and customer care.
