FirstService Residential in Ontario today announced the launch of FirstService Rental Management, a new division created to provide full-service rental management services to individual owners seeking to lease their residential investment properties. These tailored services, available throughout a property’s life cycle, target owners and investors who may lack the experience or time to effectively manage their unit(s) in the regulated Ontario market.

“FirstService Rental Management’s services, such as initial leasing, tenant screening, financial performance and ongoing tenant management, are designed to enhance the value of owned properties and meet the needs of developers and board members who currently have an unprecedented proportion of renters in their condominium properties,” he added.
The new division’s parent company, FirstService Residential, manages over 275 homeowner associations representing 38,000 condominium units throughout the Toronto Metropolitan area and Ontario. Its mission is to enhance property values and residents’ lifestyles on behalf of the owners, developers, and condominium associations it serves.
