Preferred Vendor Trade Show

We are excited to host our valued council members at the FirstService Residential Preferred Vendor Trade Show. Whether your strata corporation is considering a possible capital project, considering a move from a current service provider, or just interested in learning more about various vendors, services, and exclusive offers only available to clients of FirstService Residential, this is an excellent opportunity to speak directly to over 40 preferred vendors.

Throughout the event there will be three presentations from renowned industry experts.

Attendance is free! Each attendee will be provided with complimentary snacks, 1 ticket to the grand prize draw and 1 free drink ticket redeemable anytime during the event. Drinks can also be purchased at the cash bar.

Grand Prize

Black Tie Property Services in conjunction with FirstService Residential are proud to offer a grand prize valued at $10,000*! The grand prize can be used for any services provided by Black Tie Property Services: window cleaning, gutter cleaning, parkade cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, anchor inspection, power washing and high rise / rope access cleaning or a combination of these services. The prize value will be applied towards labour, equipment, materials, etc.

Disclaimers:

*The grand prize value can be used for any service mentioned above up to $10,000. If the project amount is for less than $10,000, the grand prize will be reduced to cover the project. If the project is for more than $10,000, the winning Strata Corporation will be required to pay the remaining balance.

*The $10,000 grand prize is subject to enrollment on the day of the event and has no redeemable cash value.

*The grand prize is valid for 1 year after the date of the event and must be scheduled with Black Tie Property Services prior to January 24 2025.
