Grand Prize Draw – New this year!  

To celebrate the 5th Anniversary of our Preferred Vendor Tradeshow, we are excited to partner with two vendors to offer strata corporations the opportunity to win one of two grand prizes. 

At the tradeshow, council members will have the option to choose which grand prize draw they would like to enter on behalf of their strata corporation. Please note that each strata corporation is eligible to win only one grand prize. 

If a strata corporation is selected as the winner of both prize draws, the council members present at the event will be asked to choose which prize they wish to accept. A new winner will then be drawn for the remaining prize.  

Landscaping Enhancement Grand Prize  

Para Space Landscaping, in conjunction with FirstService Residential, is proud to offer a Grand Prize valued at $10,000!* The Grand Prize may be used toward any enhancement or upgrade services provided by Para Space, including but not limited to softscaping, hardscaping, landscape repairs, or a combination of these services. The prize value may be applied toward labour, equipment, materials, and related project costs. 

Parkade Cleaning Service Grand Prize  

Atlas Power Sweeping, in conjunction with FirstService Residential, is proud to offer a Grand Prize valued up to $10,000! The Grand Prize may be applied toward up to four days of parkade cleaning services. The prize value will be credited toward labour, equipment, materials, and other related project costs. 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to eligible strata corporations in British Columbia and represented by an authorized strata council member at the 2027 Preferred Vendor Trade Show. Contest closes at 07:30 PM PST on February 2, 2027. Two prizes are available: one landscaping enhancement prize with a maximum value of $10,000 and one parkade cleaning service prize with a maximum value of $10,000 inclusive of applicable taxes and fees. One prize maximum per strata corporation. Odds of winning each draw depend on the number of eligible entries received for that draw. The strata council representative must be present at the Preferred Vendor Tradeshow when the draw takes place to be eligible to claim the prize.
