FirstService Residential offers a variety of ways to pay your strata and other homeowner fees to your strata corporation.
We are currently transitioning our current paper-based pre-authorized debit (PAD) program to ClickPay®, a fully electronic secure online payment processing platform. Additional information on ClickPay® can be found below.
ClickPay® is expected to be available starting July 8th , so please check back in early July for updates. Homeowners will be receiving additional notifications the week of July 4th with more information about ClickPay®. In the interim, please be advised that due to the process and system change, we will not be accepting any new paper- based PAD’s.
Homeowners are still able to make payments using one of the following two options:
Online Banking Bill Payment:
- Go to your online banking website and select the bill payment option.
- Setup “FirstService Residential BC Ltd (Strata)” as a payee.
- Simply search “FirstService” and it will give you the options.
- Ensure BC and STRATA are referenced in the payee name
- The website will then prompt for the account number.
- You can find your account number in your FirstService Residential ConnectTM porta
- You can find your account number in your FirstService Residential ConnectTM porta
- Enter payment amount and payment date.

Payment by Cheque:
Please make cheques payable to "Strata Plan [insert your strata plan number]” (Example: Strata Plan BCS 1234), indicating the unit number are paying for in the memo field, and mail to:

ClickPay®
ClickPay® is a trusted third-party payment platform that was designed around security, convenience, and efficiency for owners and our client strata corporations. With ClickPay®, homeowners will be able to set up scheduled automatic monthly withdrawals from their bank account, credit card, or debit card.
In addition to being able to pre-set monthly withdrawals for regularly recurring charges, homeowners can also choose to send a one-time payment when they incur one-time fees or charges like move in fees, fob purchases, and amenity room bookings.
To access ClickPay®, homeowners will need to log into the FirstService Residential ConnectTM portal, and access the “Make Payment” link under “My Account”. This will direct you through a single sign on experience to ClickPay®. If registered in our current PAD program, you will need your PAD banking information available to log into your ClickPay® account for the very first time.
