FirstService Residential, Arizona’s leading HOA management company, hosted its sixth annual conference and exposition on Friday, November 16 at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa. As the largest HOA board member event in Arizona, more than 500 individuals attended, including board members, nearly 100 vendors as well as industry and legal professionals.

FirstService Residential, Arizona’s leading HOA management company, has been selected to provide management services for the Sunflower Community Association, an active adult community composed of 967 homes. Sunflower is part of the Continental Ranch community and is located Northwest of Tucson, at the base of the Tucson Mountains in Marana. FirstService Residential assumed management of the property on September 12, 2018.

Lake Park Villas is a condominium community consisting of 144 units and is located in Tempe, Arizona. FirstService Residential assumed management of the property on July 20, 2018.

As part of its FirstFamily community service initiative, FirstService Residential, Arizona’s leading HOA management company, arranged for two families in need to have their houses painted for free after their HOA’s board of directors issued community-wide mandatory house painting notices. Both families live in separate communities managed by FirstService Residential in Arizona’s West Valley: Rancho Mirage and Fairmont View.

FirstService Residential has been awarded the management contract of Barcelona Manor Association, Inc. Barcelona Manor is a condominium community consisting of 240 units and is located near the intersection of West Orange Grove and North Oracle Road in Tucson, Arizona. FirstService Residential assumed management of the property on January 1, 2018.

FirstService Residential, Arizona’s leading HOA management company was selected to provide management services for Marbella Vineyards Homeowners Association in Gilbert, Arizona. The single-family home community includes 638 houses and features numerous walking paths and a lush seven-acre park. In addition to community management services, Marbella Vineyards residents will benefit from FirstService Residential Connect, the company’s community association technology platform, which will serve to better manage property owner records, billing, fee collections and more.

FirstService Residential has been selected to provide full-service community management services for Terramar in Peoria, Arizona. The established community features 1,509 homes and incorporates two parks and numerous walking trails satisfying residents of all ages. Terramar is a welcome addition to the number of communities the company serves in Peoria and throughout Arizona.

FirstService Residential hosted its fifth annual Conference and Exposition on November 10 at Talking Stick Resort and Casino. The conference was the largest to date and drew over 600 attendees from across Arizona. HOA board members networked with FirstService Residential associates and 107 industry vendors, shared best practices at two interactive educational seminars, and took part in free legal clinics with HOA attorneys.
