FirstService Residential Arranges House Painting for Families in Need
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (March 27, 2018) --- As part of its FirstFamily community service initiative, FirstService Residential, Arizona’s leading HOA management company, arranged for two families in need to have their houses painted for free after their HOA’s board of directors issued community-wide mandatory house painting notices. Both families live in separate communities managed by FirstService Residential in Arizona’s West Valley: Rancho Mirage and Fairmont View.

When FirstService Residential learned that these residents could not afford to paint their houses following the mandatory notices, its FirstFamily committee contacted several trusted vendors and arranged to paint the houses. CertaPro Painters donated labor and Dunn-Edwards Paints donated paint for the first house, while CLC Enterprises donated labor and PPG Paints donated paint for the second.
“We thank our vendors for their generous contributions that took the financial burden off these families, said Hoyer. “These vital partnerships have enabled us to serve our communities and residents in a unique and special way.”
FirstFamily is a community service committee, composed of FirstService Residential Arizona associates. The group raises money throughout the year to aid residents going through challenging times in the communities they manage.
