FirstService Residential, the leading property management company in Maryland and Delaware, hosted an educational roundtable focused on high-rise management best practice sharing. The three hour session was attended by board members from numerous high rise buildings in Baltimore and several FirstService Residential High Rise Division executives and community manager associates.

The corporate headquarters of FirstService Residential has announced that its subsidiary, Wentworth Property Management, has been renamed FirstService Residential. This name change is part of FirstService Residential’s national rebranding effort, which took effect on June 27, 2013.
