Baltimore, MD, May, 2014 – FirstService Residential, the leading property management company in Maryland, hosted its second high rise community association management best practice sharing roundtable in Baltimore. The interactive two hour session was attended by Board members from numerous high rise buildings in Baltimore, as well as several FirstService Residential Executives and Community Managers. Board members represented communities currently managed by FirstService Residential, as well as properties currently managed by other firms and self-managed. The informative session was moderated by FirstService Residential Maryland / Delaware President, Trent Harrison.

The corporate headquarters of FirstService Residential has announced that its subsidiary, Wentworth Property Management, has been renamed FirstService Residential. This name change is part of FirstService Residential’s national rebranding effort, which took effect on June 27, 2013.
