This acquisition brings over 25 communities to the company’s rapidly expanding portfolio in Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC.

Richard Skobel, a principal of Main Street Property Management, will be joining FirstService Residential as a vice president and portfolio community manager. Skobel has over 30 years of community management experience, along with owning and operating Main Street with his partner Jeff Kivitz. Kivitz announced his retirement at this time.
