What times of day are best and worst for residents to call their property managers with issues or questions?
Nearly all property management companies advise callers to call at certain times and avoid other times – all, that is, except FirstService Residential.

In an article in the January 2014 issue of the Cooperator, Dan Wurtzel, President of FirstService Residential in New York City, explains that FirstService Residential’s customer care center is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to answer callers’ questions and provide building-specific information. “Just about every question that’s asked can be answered immediately,” he says. “Last year our customer care center handled over 100,000 calls.” Read more.
