With experience across municipal, residential, commercial, and Indigenous housing, he delivers practical, client-focused solutions grounded in long-term energy and asset planning. Riley has developed dozens of Electrical Planning Reports, decarbonization plans, and capital planning tools such as Depreciation Reports for Stratas across BC. He is passionate about helping building owners implement climate-resilient, low-carbon retrofits as electrification accelerates.

James has more than 20 years of experience in customer-facing roles and a true passion for customer service. He is a licensed strata manager and has a degree in Business Management.
