At this week’s ceremony, Chris Churchill, President of FirstService Residential was awarded the Industry Leader of the Year Award and Amerjit Uppal, Senior Director, Investment Properties, received the Lifetime Achievement Award.

Uppal has 35-years' experience in the property management industry and is a licensed property and strata manager. Initially starting her journey with FirstService Residential on the accounting team, she grew her leadership and management talents over the years to include residential, commercial strata, as well as commercial and industrial rental properties. Uppal was previously recognized by PAMA in 2019 when she was awarded Property Manager of the Year.
