FirstService Residential offers a variety of administrative resources to assist our customers in property management and condominium management, starting with an experienced community manager who is always on duty.
Representatives from your management team attend scheduled Board of Director meetings as well as the Annual General Meeting (AGM). However, since contact is so critical, team members ensure that they communicate with Board members between meetings to keep them constantly aware of our activities. There is also communication with owners, including sending written notices or bylaw violations, per Board request.
Additional activities are available to meet your community’s needs, including:
- Planning AGMs
- Attending Board meetings and preparing background information to help Boards establish effective policies
- Informing Boards of all correspondence sent on their behalf
- Maintaining all corporation documents, available 24-hours a day through our Order Documents & Certificates service
