FirstService Residential provides a variety of administrative services to support our property management and condominium management clients, beginning with an experienced community manager who is on duty at all times. Members of your management team attend your community’s scheduled Board of Directors meetings and Annual General Meeting (AGM). In addition, because communication is so important, team members ensure they communicate with Board members between meetings to keep them informed of our activities at all times. We also communicate with owners, including sending written notices or bylaw violations, per Board request.
Additional activities are available to meet your community’s needs, including:
- Planning AGMs
- Attending Board meetings and preparing background information to help Boards establish effective policies
- Informing Boards of all correspondence sent on their behalf
- Maintaining all corporation documents, available 24-hours a day through our Order Documents & Certificates service
- Providing after-hours emergency response 365 days a year
