We seek businesses that share our commitment to on-time, on-target, and on-the-money customer service. If that describes your company, we invite you to become a FirstService Residential Certified Vendor.

The certification process requires verification of insurance, adherence to the Vendor Verification Agreement, and possession of appropriate business licenses, a system we designed to ensure vendors provide quality service to our communities.

To ensure fairness, we've partnered with Vendor Information Verification Experts (VIVE) to verify compliance with all requirements. VIVE charges vendors an annual fee of $385 for credentialing verification, payable directly to them.

By registering with VIVE to become a FirstService Residential Certified Vendor, you stand to gain the following benefits:

• Your company information will be available to all FirstService Residential Managers and other key personnel covering over 500 corporations.
• You'll have the opportunity to upload marketing materials to showcase your products and/or services.
• VIVE eliminates the need to continually submit the same information to various FirstService Residential-managed properties.
• You have the option of being listed in up to 10 different categories at no additional charge.
• We provide a level playing field for all vendors.
