Our company has partnered with VIVE, a third-party compliance service that continuously screens every vendor and contractor we work with for valid trade licenses, adequate and current insurance policies, business background, and the acceptance of our Code of Conduct.
What is required for verification?
The verification process is fast, easy, and secure. Businesses will need to submit:- Corporate information
- Trade and license information
- Insurance certificate with supporting Acord 855 Form
- W-9 and vendor agreement
- Annual fee

To work in our buildings, we require all service providers to be certified by VIVE.
