Fellow of the Real Estate Institute (FRI)
The FRI designation is awarded by the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC). It is Canada's most established real estate designation. Holding the FRI signifies a real estate education that meets and exceeds either agent (sales) or broker licensing requirements plus experience that assures a practitioner with knowledge, not just information. FRI members, as with any REIC designated or accredited professional, are governed by the Institute's Code of Professional Standards. -
Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI)

CCI has developed standards of competence in six key areas pertaining to condominium life. These spheres cover law, accounting, property management, insurance, real estate and building sciences.
