Your Community Website offers:

  • My Community: Access to your community calendar, newsletters, policies and more
  • Order Documents Online: Order estoppels, minutes or other documents online at any time
  • Contact the Manager: Send an e-mail to your Community Manager directly
  • Work Order Requests: Send an e-mail to your Community Manager with work you want done

To get started with your Community Website, please:

  1. Register by calling our Customer Care Centre at 1-855-266-3601, OR

  2. Go online to self-register with your personal registration code if you have one.

Option 1: Assisted Registration

  • Call 1-855-266-3601 between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm Monday to Friday, except holidays.
  • Our team will be happy to help you register for your Community Website over the phone.

Option 2: Self-Registration

  • Go to the FirstService Residential ConnectTM website.
  • Enter your personal registration code.
  • Follow the prompts to verify your email account and create your PIN.
  • You will then be directed to your community website. Remember to bookmark it!
  • Enter your email account and new PIN.
