FirstService Residential Ontario To Commence Management of Imperial Square Established Community located at 330 Adelaide
Toronto, ON: FirstService Residential, the leading condominium management provider in North America, will be commencing management of Imperial Square, located at 330 Adelaide, in the heart of the St. Lawrence Market neighborhood, effective April 1st, 2015.
This 95 unit, 11 storey community was built in 2001 by Plazacorp with units ranging in size from 599 square feet to 1171 square feet. Community amenities consist of a fitness center and a party room, which is slated for a major renovation in early spring 2015. “Adding Imperial Square to our portfolio of managed communities is very exciting for us as this community is in close proximity to several other FirstService Residential Managed Communities,” noted Todd Cooper, President, FirstService Residential Ontario. “Currently we are managing five communities that are located within a two to five minute walk from Imperial Square. During the 90-day transition FirstService Residential will become familiar with the current operating systems and review all current vendor contracts to ensure the specifications are accurate and we are getting value for the pricing. “We will work closely with the Board of Directors to make sure the transition process from the outgoing management provider to FirstService Residential is seamless and that all residents know that there has been a change in management services and who they should be contacting about issues moving forward,” notes Tania Haluk, Vice President of Start Up Operations for FirstService Residential.
