They are extremely responsive, efficient, are able to enforce bylaws which saves me from being the bad neighbor when there is a complaint. I think our particular representative S.G. is amazing, I would recommend her to anyone. I don't know how I could say it any better than that. It has been a very productive, effective, working partnership. If I call or email I get a response within an hour or less. FirstService has resources to maintain the property, so I have been able to source for her people in the area and she has been able to source for me people I wouldn't have know about, it is a partnership.

I am the President of the Condo Board and I am thrilled with FirstService Residential. They are doing an amazing job and it is so refreshing to have uniformed staff on site who actually smile and say "hello" to residents they encounter! What a joy to have staff who are proactive in telling management about small things that they notice that need repair. I knew that we were in good hands in March when the District Manager text me at 6am to make sure that my building was OK after a rain/ice storm that caused damage and power outages around Toronto. She said that if we were in trouble that they would be on site to help. They were not even on the payroll yet! One last thing. FirstService Residential refers to my condo as a "community". Words are very important and I know that my Board made the right choice when we hired FirstService Residential.
