Mark D. Hopkins
Mark D. Hopkins leads our Ontario market of 1,000+ associates, proudly serving over 400 communities and over 50,000 units across the province. Mark oversees the executive leadership team along with other senior leaders throughout the organization. His responsibilities include client satisfaction, accelerated growth, financial performance, associate retention, employee development and strategic planning.
Since joining the company in 2013, Mark has previously held positions of Vice President (2013 – 2018) and Senior Vice President, (2018 – 2019), prior to his promotion to President in 2019. In 2017, Mark was appointed to the inaugural Board of Directors of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Canada Chapter and continues to serve on the Board. Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Hopkins held several senior leadership roles during a nine-year tenure at Cintas Corporation (2004 – 2013), a global leader in uniforms and facility services.
Mark attended Wilfrid Laurier University (Honours Business Administration) and currently resides in Newmarket, Ontario. Outside of work, Mark focuses on investing quality time with his family and two children. He also enjoys travel and notes his favourite destinations to date as Indonesia, Hong Kong, Australia, Bahamas, Venezuela, Netherlands, and Austria. Mark enjoys cheering on Toronto’s Blue Jays, Raptors, Maple Leafs, as well as the Miami Dolphins.
Lori Kenyon
Lori has over 20 years of experience leading both Human Resources and operational teams throughout North America. Before joining FirstService Residential, Lori held senior leadership positions in high growth, dynamic organizations in marketing, retail and hospitality, including roles as an Operation Leader at Target Canada, Vice President of Human Resources at Consumer Impact Marketing and Director of Human Resources and Director of Operations for Cara Operations. In her personal time, Lori enjoys spending time with her husband and three children at the cottage. She is also a BodyAttack group fitness and TRX instructor.
Jeff Webb
Jeff is a results-driven Vice President, Operations, Toronto with a proven track record of success. As the leader of the Support Services Department and manager of all facets of the company's property management operations in Toronto, Jeff brings extensive property services knowledge and over 20 years of leadership experience to his role.
Jeff joined FirstService Residential in 2012 as a Regional Account Manager and has held several impactful leadership positions before being promoted to Vice President, Operations in 2018. Throughout his time with the company, Jeff has built a reputation for embracing our core values and driving growth and success. In his current role, Jeff leads the Regional Director team in the city of Toronto and is committed to delivering exceptional service and value to our clients.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time outdoors and is passionate about lawn care. He is also a devoted family man and resides in Whitby with his wife, Anabel, and son, Joshua. As a passionate Toronto Maple Leafs fan, Jeff brings the same level of dedication to his work as he does to his favourite team.
Audrey M. McGuire
Audrey is the Vice President, Operations, GTA. She has been in the industry for over two decades and obtained the RCM Designation in 2006. Audrey has maintained senior leadership roles within the industry for the past 15+ years and held the position of Regional Vice President for twelve years previously prior to joining the organization. She also served on the Board of Directors for the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) and was elected as the President of ACMO in 2018 and served a two-year term.
Audrey brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion and a solid understanding of client’s needs and expectations with the objective of coming to a collective agreement and resolution for all parties involved. Audrey has emceed many events, chaired various meetings, and appeared as a guest speaker on “The Agenda” with Steve Paikin in relation to the condominium industry.
Audrey's passion is people, and her strategy is to build long standing healthy business relationships within the industry in general while focusing and adapting to the consistent changes, legislation and new regulations to assist in the deliverance of first-class professional property management. Audrey personally likes to play golf for fun and spend time with her family and two dogs.
John Damaren, R.C.M
As Vice President, Community Development & Governance, John oversees all facets of developer consulting and is responsible for providing a seamless transition throughout a project’s lifecycle. This includes consulting, transitions and governance adherence to applicable legislation. This role includes leading a dedicated team and leveraging the company’s vast expertise in all aspects of condominium development and management. John is a member of the executive leadership team.
John is a 20+ year RCM with 30+ years experience in our industry. Prior employment in construction and real estate led to a strong interest in simplifying complex shared facilities agreements for property managers. Accomplishments for John include ACMO’s Manager of the Year and President’s Award. John served 6 years on ACMO’s Board of Directors, serving 2 years as President, co-chaired two Annual Condominium Conferences, chaired the Certification & Standards Committee, and served on several ACMO committees. John led the company in achieving the ACMO 2000 certification, and strives to achieve higher standards for our company, associates and our clients.
Stacey S. Kurck
As Vice President, Client Engagement & Business Development, Stacey develops and leads the Ontario market strategies and initiatives for all prospective business opportunities, while promoting continuous community growth and client satisfaction. Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Stacey established a boutique property management firm specializing in condominium management throughout the GTA which managed over $80M of client assets and was sold to a North American property management firm in July 2017.
A condominium professional since 2010, Stacey has 25+ years of experience in business development, marketing, strategic planning and mentorship in various industries. Stacey is a Registered Condominium Manager (RCM), Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), and holds her Ontario License for Condominium Management (OLCM). She is a Member of Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) and the Canadian Condominium Institute of Toronto (CCI-T), where she also volunteers her time as a Board Member, along with volunteering on various committees. Outside of work, Stacey is facilitator at Humber College, where she teaches several CMRAO courses that are a requirement to obtain the OLCM. Stacey is passionate about travelling, continual learning, cycling, swimming, and enjoys getting together with colleagues, friends, and family.
Sam Hollend
Sam has over 8 years of experience in accounting and leadership roles. Before joining FirstService Residential, Sam was a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young LLP. During his time with Ernst & Young LLP, Sam worked on audit teams for large multi-national clients in the manufacturing, retail, and renewable energy sectors. Sam is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario (Honours Business Administration) and is a member of CPA Ontario. In his personal time, Sam loves to spend time with his wife and two young boys. Sam also has a passion for slalom waterskiing.
Julian Silva
With 10+ experience in real estate, finance and technology, Julian has a proven track record in developing efficient business processes for improving employee productivity, reducing costs, and increasing overall business revenue. He first joined FirstService Residential in 2015 as a Property Manager and has held a number of impactful roles, before being promoted to Director, Optimization & Internal Operations in 2020. Outside of work, Julian focuses on spending time with his family and friends. He is a food and travel enthusiast with a strong passion for technology and sustainability initiatives.

Mike has 25+ years of experience in related customer service industries. Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Mike held other key leadership roles at Cintas Corporation, in developing client experience strategies and delivering on strategic objectives to foster long-term client relationships. Outside of work, Mike’s main passion is his family and a second place goes to going to the gym.
Alejandro (Aji) Montenegro
As Director, Community Development & Governance, Aji is accountable for developer consulting, project start up, new client integration, community transition and operations, working with clients and operational teams for a seamless transition through the life-cycle of new-build projects. Aji does this while working with developers to achieve the vision for their communities and supporting them with top-class property asset management operations.
Before joining FirstService Residential in 2019, Aji was Director of Operations with The Daniels Corporation, a prominent developer in the Greater Toronto Area. He was responsible for general management of their in-house property management division, including new project start-ups, new business development, and support for the residential rental portfolio division. Aji holds his Condominium Management General License and also has his Executive MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
Aji’s passion for the condominium industry extends to his past participation as a panel speaker at the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) conferences, and consistently serving as a Director on several condominium boards since 2003. Aji is also a travel enthusiast and with a strong passion for music, international architecture and world cuisine.
Rob Detta Colli
Joining FirstService Energy, Rob brings 15 years of energy management experience working directly with multi-unit residential owners. Rob is an engineer, holds a master’s in business, and is a Certiļ¬ed Energy Manager.
Harrison Simms-Brown
Harrison Simms-Brown is the Community Development Director, working closely with many of Ontario’s top condominium developers. His responsibilities include establishing, building, and maintaining key stakeholder relationships while obtaining a clear and mutual appreciation of client needs in order to align our teams on the unique and necessary resources to bring a new project to fruition for our developer partners.
Having worked as a residential realtor, along with past experience as a project manager for a large real estate development, Harrison has accumulated a keen understanding and well-rounded knowledge of the complexities of condominium living and utilizes that work with our developer partners and internal teams to ensure our shared vision becomes reality for the community at hand. Outside of work, Harrison’s interests spawn into all different aspects of sport and recreation and spending quality time with his family.
