FirstService Residential has been selected to manage three amenity-laden properties in Manhattan and Brooklyn. The buildings are among great company as FirstService Residential added an additional eight properties to its New York portfolio before the closing of the first quarter of 2015.

The first of the three luxury properties, Towers on the Park, is also the largest, offering 599 condominium residences spread across a three-building complex. The property is located at the northwest corner of Central Park and features spectacular views of the park and the Upper East Side skyline. The complex, which contains a mix of one, two and three bedroom units, features 24 hour concierge in all three buildings, two private gardens, community rooms, and a parking garage.

The Landmark, located at 267 6th Street in Brooklyn’s Park Slope neighborhood, is the second of the three luxury properties and features 104 high-end rental residences ranging from studios to two bedroom penthouses. The building offers an array of hotel-style amenities including concierge service from Abigail Michaels, a fitness center, media lounge, and a roof deck fully equipped with a barbecue area and private cabanas that offer views spanning Manhattan and Brooklyn.

The third of the three luxury properties is the Kestrel, a full-service building located at 33 Caton Place in Brooklyn’s Prospect Park neighborhood. The property features 126 spacious rental units – from studios to three-bedroom apartments – most of which have outdoor terraces that overlook beautiful Prospect Park. The building distinguishes itself from its brownstone neighbors by seamlessly merging indoor and outdoor spaces. A landscaped rooftop provides grilling areas, private cabanas and an expansive treetop vista, with additional green space accessible via a private courtyard. Other amenities include a media room, lounge, children’s playroom, pet spa, fitness center, yoga room, work-from-home office center, onsite parking, and 24-hour attended lobby.
