Replacing common area bulbs and fixtures with highly efficient, ENERGY STAR-qualified LED lighting technologies yields significant reductions in energy use and costs while delivering more aesthetically-pleasing illumination. This 89-unit condominium, located at 100 West 39th Street in Manhattan, replaced or retrofit 445 fixtures. On top of a 65% reduction in electrical energy consumption, the entire cost of the project will be recouped in just over one year.

This 90-unit condominium, located at 14 East 4th Street in Manhattan, replaced or retrofit 308 fixtures. On top of a 58% reduction in electrical energy consumption, the entire cost of the project will be recouped in just over one year.
