All attendees will receive one entry into each of our grand prize drawings, including a chance to win a $3,000 Delta Vacation voucher and a three-month concession on base management fees, subject to the Official Promotion Terms.*

All door prize and grand prize winners must be present to win. Eligibility for the management fee concession is limited to an association for which a current board member attends the event. The management fee concession excludes reimbursable expenses, third-party costs, onboarding fees, technology fees, special project fees, and other excluded charges unless expressly stated otherwise in the final agreement. The offer applies to existing and new business and may not be stacked with other discounts or promotions unless specifically approved in writing. Terms and conditions apply.

This approval is based on the following assumptions being reflected in the final web terms and any related proposal/agreement language:

• eligibility is limited to an association for which a current board member attends the event;
• only one management fee concession is available, and there shall not be multiple winners.
• the concession applies only to base management fees, not reimbursable expenses, third-party costs, onboarding fees, technology fees, special project fees, or other excluded charges unless expressly stated otherwise in the final agreement;
• the offer applies to existing and new business and cannot be stacked with other discounts or promotions unless specifically approved in writing; and
• the concession is available only if it is expressly included in a signed written management agreement.
