Over the past three decades, we have maintained our strong focus on integrity, communication and a higher standard of service, while leveraging our decades of experience, long-standing client relationships and extensive resources to grow and expand our services.
As a result, we are recognized as the leading full-service association management company in Minnesota. Our high-quality management services are tailored to communities and properties including condominiums, townhomes, common interest communities, single family homes and co-ops.
To ensure our clients receive the highest quality construction and maintenance services, we created an affiliated company, Gittleman Construction Corporation, a licensed general contractor, to provide maintenance, plumbing, electrical, custom remodeling, disaster management and restoration services.
In November 2011, Gittleman Management became part of FirstService Residential, the largest residential property management company in North America. This major milestone in the history of our company enabled us to participate in many differentiating programs and industry-leading association management services the organization offers which benefits our clients.
In June 2013, we experienced another important milestone when our parent company united all of its management companies under the FirstService Residential brand. At that time, Gittleman Management was renamed FirstService Residential, the name we hold today. The rebranding facilitates our ability to leverage the shared resources, best practices and collective buying power of North America’s property management leader.
