Katie Ward, Region President for West, leads a team of experts to deliver unmatched service and support to the communities and properties we serve in these high-growth markets.

Katie has had an accomplished career in residential association management, marked by decades of progressive impact and responsibility. Most recently, Katie served as President of the Texas region, where her dynamic leadership and strategic vision were instrumental in fostering the region's expansion and reinforcing a culture dedicated to service excellence and associate empowerment.

Before her role in Texas, Katie honed her expertise in California, fulfilling pivotal positions that shaped her comprehensive understanding of the industry. As the Executive Vice President of Community Management in California, she demonstrated an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction and operational excellence. Her tenure as President of FirstService Association Consulting drove proficiency in forward planning and budget consultancy, further solidifying her status as a thought leader in the field.

Katie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Irvine, and is a longtime member of the Urban Land Institute. Katie serves as co-chair of our Women's Leadership Network and of our Master-Planned and Lifestyle Council. She also advises on development strategies as part of our FirstService Development Advisors group.

As President of FirstService Residential Northern California and Arizona, Shane Gillaspie is responsible for driving collaboration across all business units, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client service, attracting and retaining top talent, fostering profitable growth, and ensuring long-term success.

With 20 years of leadership experience spanning Human Resources and Business Development, Shane holds a master’s degree in educational psychology from the University of Nevada. A recognized industry innovator, he has contributed to Executive Councils dedicated to enhancing specialized support for master-planned and lifestyle communities. He also played a pivotal role in launching FirstService Development Advisors, an initiative that provides developers with localized expertise, industry-leading resources, and data-driven strategies to optimize operational budgeting, amenity design, and community activation.

Since joining FirstService Residential in 2017, Shane has made a significant impact. In his previous role as Executive Vice President of Northern California, he led the region to record growth, achieving the highest metrics in the West Region which included Arizona, California, and Nevada.

Through his leadership, Shane continues to strengthen FirstService Residential’s reputation for service excellence, strategic growth, and industry leadership.

Serving as President, Southern California & High-rise, Amy brings over 20 years of Human Resources, Business Operations and leadership experience to the FirstService Residential California team. Amy serves as a valued advisor and strategic partner to the Executive Team and has been a substantial resource in the growth and success of FirstService Residential. Amy’s authentic and direct approach to community management creates a proactive environment that balances the organizational needs of the company.

Amy previously held leadership roles at The Mentor Network and Toys R' Us where she had the opportunity to support field, logistics, multiple states and multiple locations. In her most recent position at the Adecco Staffing Group, Amy oversaw the Employee Relations Team, serving more than 90,000 temporary staff associates. Her time at Adecco also gave her the opportunity to participate on a Global Transformation Team based in Switzerland where she oversaw the implementation of HR practices and policies across 60 countries.

As Executive Vice President of Community Management, Anthony Mazza leads the daily operations of the Orange County and Los Angeles markets. In his role, Anthony builds, implements and continually monitors strategic operational plans to ensure the growth and development of the region while striving to exceed client and associate expectations. Anthony began his career with FirstService Residential as a community manager in 2010 and subsequently served as district manager, regional director, vice president, and senior vice president. He has been instrumental in growing the portfolio teams and has a proven track record of client and associate retention.

Anthony has an educational background in accounting, graphic design, and fire science. He is an active member of the Community Association Institute (CAI) and is also part of the Urban Land Institute Leadership Program.

As Executive Vice President of the SouthEast Region in California, Robbin Brown has operational oversight of the San Diego, Inland Empire, and Palm Desert regional offices and leads account executive staff and association on-site teams. Her responsibility also includes client relationships, leadership development, and new business development.
 
Robbin brings over 25 years of retail business leadership, her previous role being Regional Vice President at Toys R’ Us. She is a graduate of California State University San Diego. A native Californian, Robbin enjoys spending time with her three children and friends, traveling and watching or attending sporting events.

Beran serves as the Executive Vice President of the Northern California region, including Sacramento and the Bay Area. As the EVP, he oversees a mix of HOA, lifestyle, active adult, master-planned, and condominium associations. He is also responsible for the continued growth and development of the Northern California region and its team.

Nick serves as the Executive Vice President of the Northern California region in greater San Francisco. As the EVP, he oversees a mix of HOA, lifestyle, active adult, master-planned, and condominium associations. He is also responsible for the continued growth and development of the Northern California region and its team.

Tiffany Hannah brings over 24 years of experience in community management, making her a seasoned leader in the industry. Throughout her career, she has built dynamic teams and fostered a culture of exceptional service, always prioritizing people and relationships.
 
As Executive Vice President, High-rise for California, Tiffany oversees all operations, client relationships, staff development, new business launch, and business development for high-rise and mixed-use clients. She holds multiple professional certifications from the California Association of Community Management (CACM), including Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®), Community Association Management Executive (CAMEx®), and Specialty Certification in New Development (CCAM-ND®).
 
In 2025, Tiffany concluded 11 years of service as a Director on the CACM Board of Directors, where she also served as Nominating Committee Chair during her tenure. Her contributions to the industry extend to the Community Association Institute (CAI), where she has shared her insights as a speaker at various forums and seminars.

With her MBA with a concentration in HR Management and over a decade of strategic HR leadership experience, Kimberly Carson brings extensive expertise in leading HR teams. As the West Region Vice President of Human Resources, she manages a team of 28 professionals supporting 2,250 employees across California, Arizona, and Nevada.

Kimberly’s HR department is dedicated to creating a compliant, engaging work environment that prioritizes employee well-being and delivers service excellence. Her proficiency in talent management, employee relations, compliance, leadership development, and safety ensure HR strategies are seamlessly aligned with business goals, driving both performance and organizational success.
