As part of the company’s mission to add value and deliver responsive, genuinely helpful service, they now offer round-the-clock information by phone through the Customer Care Center.

By using FirstService Residential’s proprietary property management software, FSR Connect, to access a database of information specific to each community, customer service specialists can quickly answer questions or resolve issues during the first call from a resident. In addition to live 24/7 customer service, FirstService Residential also gives residents the option to use the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. If customers do not wish to speak to a live person, IVR allows residents to acquire automated account information by utilizing various buttons on their keypads. With this feature residents can perform a variety of actions including obtaining recent transactions, pay-by-phone, learning balance and payment information. As an additional benefit, callers can designate their call as an Emergency, which will give them priority status in the queue.
