When residents place a call, our trained Customer Care specialists access a database of information about your community through FirstService Residential Connect™, our proprietary HOA management software. Their goal is to answer callers’ requests with immediate answers or information, and we are proud that our Customer Care continues to successfully resolve all issues at the immediate point of contact.  Since its implementation, our 24/7 Customer Care consistently earned high scores from users during the first call, exceeding the industry average for initial customer satisfaction.
