FirstService Residential provides a variety of administrative services to support our property management and condominium management clients, beginning with an experienced community manager who is on duty at all times. Members of your management team attend your community’s scheduled Board of Directors meetings and Annual General Meeting (AGM). In addition, because communication is so important, team members ensure they communicate with Board members between meetings to keep them informed of our activities at all times.
