FirstService Residential Connect™ is our proprietary web-based property management system. It is designed exclusively for our clients and provides residents, Board members, and the management team the ability to connect via computer, smartphones, or tablets. Its primary use is for property managers to distribute resident notifications, and emergency alerts instantly, and manage properties’ community websites.

Along with this, Board members can access Board meeting minutes and other corporation documents, while residents can use the platform to contact management, and submit maintenance requests.
