FirstService Residential Connect™ enables users to manage a wide variety of activities directly on the site. For example, property managers can instantly distribute resident notifications and emergency alerts, create and track work orders and inspections, view architectural requests and create a community website. Board members can track archived documents, post community news and Board meeting minutes, while residents can contact management, pay their condominium fees and submit maintenance requests.
In addition, many of these capabilities are available via ConnectMobile, a mobile application for iPhones, allowing property managers and Board members to handle many of their responsibilities directly from their phones.
