The team oversees a well-defined and documented 90 Day Plan that is customized to meet the unique needs of your corporation. The 90 Day Plan covers a wide range of topics that are relevant to your corporation, with creating a positive resident experience at the forefront of everything we do.

As part of the resident and board experience plan, we implement our proprietary FSRConnect property management software system for your community at no additional cost. This fully-integrated web-based system allows instant communication between residents, Board members and management team members, and enables numerous management capabilities, such as creating and tracking work orders, sending resident alerts and creating a community-specific website.

When we begin working with new development communities, our specialized Startup Team utilizes a project plan approach that focuses on creating the efficient and effective start-up. Our property management team complements these duties by providing tailored services and customer service to ensure a positive resident experience, as well as public relations duties to increase the community’s recognition and desirability. We love to roll up our sleeves and work with all of your partners as well, including architects, engineers, lawyers, sales and marketing teams, builders and landscapers.
