TORONTO, ON (June 24, 2026) FirstService Residential, Ontario’s leading property management company, announces the promotion of Daniel Perez-Arteaga to vice president, operations in the Ontario market.
Perez-Arteaga brings more than a decade of progressive experience within FirstService Residential, having joined the organization in 2013. Over the years, he has advanced through a series of increasingly senior roles, including property manager, senior property manager, regional director, and most recently, senior regional director. Throughout his career, Perez-Arteaga has distinguished himself through a people-first leadership approach, fostering collaboration and mentorship across his teams.
In his new role, Perez-Arteaga will oversee a team of regional directors, supporting operational excellence across on-site managed communities while strengthening the performance and development of property management teams in the field.
