Resident Alert - Mass Communication Tool

The Resident Alert feature enables your community manager to instantly notify all or selected residents via email, phone or text about non-emergency events (meetings weather alerts or service shutdowns) or emergency situations requiring immediate action (community threats or other emergencies).  In addition, notifications sent via email can also include attachments to save postage costs, and text messages can include hyperlinks to additional information hosted on a community website or other site.

FirstService Residential Connect also facilitates the production of a professional community website with many useful features for residents, board members and management staff.  Your residents can use the site to pay their association fees, manage their accounts, submit maintenance requests and review and download association documents.  The website is also a central access point for your community managers and board members to post community news, board meeting minutes and other relevant information for homeowners and residents.  

ConnectMobile (Violation/Work Order/Architectural/Inspections)

Many valuable FirstService Residential Connect features are also available via a mobile device through the ConnectMobile application.   For example, community managers can instantly create work orders and violations right on their phones while touring the community, and community managers and board members can conveniently review work orders, track inspections, post and review data and more from any location.
