Steven Parker
Parker has served in this role since 2012. Prior to joining FirstService Residential, he was the president of Red Rock Financial Services, a Las Vegas-based collections agency specializing in serving the unique needs of homeowners associations (HOAs). Parker also served as chief operating officer for Silver State Mortgage, where he managed operations for the $4.5 billion national mortgage bank.
He received his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University. Parker has volunteered with the Boy Scouts of America for many years and is an Eagle Scout.
Corbin Seti
Originally from New York, Seti served in the United States Marine Corps where he was honorably discharged in 1997. From there he began a career in property management, at first focusing on high-rise security and operations, and later concentrating on building operations and start up. He joined FirstService Residential as the director of operations for the high-rise division in 2006 where his vast experience and knowledge of high-rise management was invaluable.
Seti is a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI) and has obtained many industry certifications and designations. These include Supervising Community Manager License, Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and LEED Green Associate by the U.S. Green Building Council. He also has his Net Promoter Certified Associate certificate covering customer experience management.
Residing in Las Vegas for 13 years with his wife, they have one daughter and a grandson.
Gladys Nova
Gladys Nova serves as vice president of community and lifestyle services for FirstService Residential in Nevada. Nova handles association operations and leads a team of community managers within the Southern Nevada area.
Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Nova spent 21+ years at GE, where she most recently served as director of web and customer experience. During her time there, she led a team that was responsible for the development, design, vendor and customer engagements across a portfolio of digital and ecommerce properties. Nova was also co-manager of the Digital Technology Leadership Program and served as global program manager, among several other titles. Prior to GE, she worked in the telecommunications industry in sales and product management.
She received her bachelor of commerce from the University of Calgary in Canada and is certified as a Master Black Belt and Quality Leader in Six Sigma. She currently resides in Las Vegas with her husband.
Metrius Fair
The combination of his unique background, including HOA high-rise experience, heart-of-the-house expertise, licenses and proven accomplishments, make him valuable in this role. Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Fair was in the HOA high-rise industry for over five years as a leader with Wyndham Vacation Resorts. He not only had direct oversight of facility operations, but he was also responsible for resort operations and working directly with the board of directors.
Fair holds multiple designations through the Community Associations Institute (CAI), including his CMCA and AMS certifications and is currently working towards his PCAM. He is also licensed by the State of Nevada Contractors Board as FirstService Residential’s Qualified Employee (QE) for both General Building (B) and Painting & Decorating (C-4) licenses.
Thomas Reed
In addition to responsibility areas above, while working for a major retailer, Reed also led accounts payable functions for $10 billion in annual volume for 1100-units and 4,000 vendors. The scope of Reed’s responsibilities also included real estate and supply chain accounting teams. This role participated in transitioning the function to a Shared Services Center through development of Service Level Agreements and budgeting.
Reed began his career within Internal Audit, progressing to the role of audit manager, before transitioning to the Shared Services environment.
Reed is a certified public accountant and certified internal auditor.
Chris Wood
Wood began his professional career in the mortgage banking industry as one of the top producing account executives in the western United States. As the local and national economies declined, he made a career change and joined the community association industry. Wood served as an assistant community manager at a large-scale active-adult community prior to joining Red Rock Financial Services, a community association collection company as a regional sales manager.
Just before joining the FirstService Residential team, Wood served as the vice president of business development for a national real estate investment firm that specializes in partnering with community associations to provide solutions for distressed properties.
Ray Colon
With more than 20 years of relationship-building sales experience, Ray has a strong background in client retention and support. Prior to joining FirstService Residential in 2017, he spent 10 years in the vacation ownership industry. Ray also worked in business development for the staffing industry with a boutique recruitment firm that specialized in providing full-time and contract employment for Information Technology professionals.
Ray was born and raised in New York City, but he has called Las Vegas home for the last 15 years. He is also an avid sports fan who enjoys attending live sporting events.
Ryan Yanagi
Ryan most recently served as the Human Resources Director for Mandalay Bay, and prior to that, he had been in the same role at Luxor. Ryan also worked in the Clark County School District for 17 years, starting as a special education teacher. During his 17 years there, he spent 11 years gaining additional responsibilities in Human Resources, eventually achieving a promotion to the Deputy Chief Human Resources Office role.
In his spare time, Ryan is a true foodie. He loves to eat out at restaurants and sip great wine, especially when travelling to new places. When he’s not travelling, he enjoys a day of watching Netflix on the couch. He’s currently engaged in a House of Cards re-watching binge, since it is one of his all-time favorite shows.
Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science from UNLV and holds a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.
