When residents place a call, our trained Customer Care Center specialists access a database of information about your community through FirstService Residential Connect™, our proprietary HOA management software. Their goal is to answer callers’ requests with immediate answers or information, and we are proud that the Customer Care Center continues to successfully resolve all issues at the immediate point of contact. Since its implementation, the Call Center has consistently earned high scores from users during the first call, exceeding the industry average for initial customer satisfaction.
