Women’s History Month by Steven Parker, President
March is here and now we shift our focus on the importance of our March Social Pillar, Women's History Month. This month provides us with the opportunity to honor the remarkable achievements, contributions, and resilience of women throughout history and within FirstService Residential.Throughout history, women have shattered barriers, challenged norms, and paved the way for positive change in countless fields and industries. Their courage, determination, and leadership have not only shaped our past but continue to inspire us to be even better in the future.
As we celebrate Women's History Month, please take a moment to recognize and thank the women in your life that have helped you to become what you are and are leading the way to a better future.

- Customer Perception: First impressions influence perceived competence, reliability, and commitment. A well-handled introduction tells customers they are in good hands.
- Word of Mouth: Great first impressions lead to positive word-of-mouth marketing. Satisfied customers share their experiences, enhancing your reputation.
