Make a Great Impression, Every Time
Did you know research shows it only takes about seven seconds for the human brain to create a first impression? As we continue with our FirstService…Then Everything Else initiative, we’re starting at the beginning of the customer experience, making a positive first impression. This is critical to building great relationships with our clients. Their initial impression can set the tone for the entire journey. It’s important to maintain the positive momentum we establish, but it all starts with that first interaction. So, here are five quick tips to help you nail a first impression: 1) Make eye contact. 2) Smile. 3) Actively listen. 4) Stand up straight. 5) Be empathetic.
