Insurance Premium Paid! | December 27, 2024
You asked, and we delivered! As part of our VOICES: Associate Survey, we have now created an Action Plan for areas of improvement coming directly from your participation and feedback. As we wrap up 2023, one of the first items that you will see roll out is that FirstService Residential will pay for the premium on February 2, 2024, to all our U.S. associates enrolled in our 2024 Aetna medical and Delta Dental plans.That means if you are enrolled in these plans, you will have zero premiums deducted for these benefits during that pay period. That’s a 4% reduction of your total 2024 premiums.
Your continuing focus on taking care of yourselves and staying healthy, combined with our relationships with our consultants and carriers, has helped us to provide the most competitive plans at the best possible prices over the past few years.
