New Year, New Mood
Happy New Year! I hope your 2023 is off to a good start. The new year is a great time to reset and establish some fresh goals. I will say, no matter what our goals are, achievement starts with our mood. We want to be at a level of curious or above as consistently as possible. This will help improve our interactions, as well as our work performance.
So, I suggest making that your first goal. Try to maintain a productive mood and more positive outcomes will follow. Here’s to a great year, personally and professionally.

Customer Service Spotlight!
HR 2 Go!
Since we know that many of you work onsite at various properties and are unable to visit Human Resources, we've decided to come to you! Be on the lookout for HR Director Rafael Siguenza. Rafael started his site tour, HR 2 Go, last week. He will visit many more of the communities we manage in the coming months.
One of the sites Rafael visited was Trilogy in Summerlin. Here we talked with Community Manager Cooper Fuqua and Regional Director Xiomara Tejada. The two of them explained to us how they improved our relationship with Trilogy. The improvement was so significant, that we were able to retain this property when board members were considering leaving FirstService Residential.
This is how we Make a Difference. Well done Cooper and Xiomara.
